Clean spacious rooms, comfortable. Very well equipped fridge with drinks. But NO coffee machine while restaurant opens 8:30 and you are NOT allowed in earlier. You cant even make a tea in the room. Guys, some people wake up EARLY. For the prices offered, this is huge miss.
Other things: here and there you see small needs for repairs (fallen hangers, damaged walls). The place is not well maintained, no care for details which is shame considering investment. Staff slightly better than restaurant. Parking outside (around 15 cars max).
Comfy, clean room with very nice view, everything looks like new. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was not exceptional, but pretty decent.
I was there for a teambuilding, fantastic location. The hotel is beautiful, austrian style on the outside, modern on the inside. Food is really really good! Also they have one of the most amazing views of the mountain from the restaurant. Great place to be both in summer and in winter.
We had an amazing stay here! Delicious breakfast, nice dinner (not the best, but really nice), friendliest staff. Very clean (except SPA toilets). SPA was quiet and the jacuzzi is not only a jacuzzi but smaller pool in which we all enjoyed very much. The location is quiet and peaceful, not far away from the slopes/town. We are used to make ourselves some tea in the evening, so we really missed an electric kettle. Free welcome water in a 4 star hotel is expected, but they only offer Evian that you have to pay. It’s quite new and you can tell that they’re still trying to find their way, but all in all a great experience. Finally a wonderful hotel in Predeal! (+good price)
I didn't gave the place much credit because of the name... but I've been impressed with the location, the design and its accommodation conditions. The hotel is newly renovated, has 40 rooms in total and very intimate.
We had a event and the services were impeccable during all the 4 days.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious and their dessert, pain perdu, is fantastic. Pain perdu is made of sweet bread, dipped in milk, caramelised in the oven with melted homemade vanilla ice-cream.

Old run down place. But rooms clean.
These guys managed to turn a post-revolution hotel in a run-down place which looks like a before the revolution place.
Carpets on the floor are at least 15-20 years old. They are worn down.
However the cleaning services are pretty ok.
Do not plan for the pool they advertise. The place smells bad and they have mold on the walls. Not pleasant.
I would not willingly go to this place again.
Also they seem to hate lights. Everything is half dark
It's a pitty. The building seems very nice and a bit of investment would probably make the place really nice.
Nice rooms. Clean. The temperature control is not really working because they have floor heating and it takes one day for the temperature to reach the desired one. The restaurant is ok, the food is 4 stars.. a bit oily and so but ok.
Lovely location, very quiet, unfortunately need refurbishing and replacement of the bed linen and more towels. The best thing was the spa availability, even if the massage service was not available. The staff very friendly, the breakfast with lots to chose from.
